Beautiful hotel with stunning view of the Tokyo Tower! Very clean and comfortable bed! Great selection of tea and coffee! We mostly enjoyed the complimentary skin products provided since we ran out some of our items! Service was superb! One of the best! The cleaning lady even laid our toiletries neatly on a face towel every day! Breakfast was abundant and delicious! Lounge was quiet and with a gorgeous view. We got to use the hotel van once and it was fabulous! Everything in this hotel was the best! We will always come back when we visit Tokyo!

Wonderful location, just next to the Tokyo Tower, Zojo-ji temple and Akabanebashi metro station, really in the heart of Minato ward and Tokyo metropolis. Incredible view on the Tokyo Tower from the room. Huge structure with plenty of services, including a minimarket open until late in the evening. Very nice design, especially in the lobby floor and in the elevators area. The room was really big and comfortable.

It is a very nicely designed hotel inside and out. Very helpful concierge service that is priceless in a city where very few people speak even basic English. But they generally go above and beyond to help you. The hotel has many excellent restaurants, including a fantastic yakitori place in the basement. The view is amazing from the rooms as well.
